Ofcom will be issuing a warning to music TV channels after broadcaster WTF TV aired an unedited version of the controversial promo at 11.25am.

The TV watchdog said the song ‘clearly and repeatedly focused on sex, bondage and sadomasochistic sexual practices as a theme’.

Some of the scenes ‘could have potentially dangerous consequences if imitated by children,’ it added.

The ruling comes as Rihanna released a brand new video for her latest single California King Bed.

Perhaps RiRi has been listening to all her critics as the promo has a more romantic tone to the her previous offerings.
